  • Education:

i)) Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field (mandatory).

ii) Master's Degree (MBA/ M.Tech) preferred.

iii) Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, VMware, CISSP, or CISM will be an added advantage.

  • Experience:

i) 8-10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in IT Infrastructure & Operations management.

ii) Prior experience in a healthcare/hospital environment of similar scale (minimum 500+ beds) is highly desirable.

iii) Proven track record in managing mission-critical IT systems, data centers, and clinical application infrastructure.
