Position Details:
- Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in Ammonia-based refrigeration plant operations
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities (Indicative):
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the refrigeration plant room.
- Ensure smooth functioning of ammonia-based refrigeration systems.
- Maintain full control on temperature, humidity, and other parameters product-wise.
- Ensure no product gets damaged or spoiled due to wrong management of the plant.
- Supervise maintenance schedules, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor energy efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Lead the team of technicians/operators and provide technical guidance.
