Position : Senior Residents - Microbiology

Location : SMIH, SGRRIM&HS Patel Nagar, Dehradun

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Conduct microbiological tests on samples to detect the presence or absence of microorganisms.
  • Prepare media for culturing bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other microorganisms.
  • Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist department in performing complex procedures such as antibiotic assays.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • MBBS degree with MD/MS (Microbiology) from a recognized institution.
  • 0-1 year of experience in clinical microbiology or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and principles of microbiology.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
