As a
Product Sourcing Executive
in the E-commerce industry, your role involves identifying and evaluating new products and suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability. You will be responsible for building and managing supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms, and conducting market research to track trends and competitor activities.

Product Development

  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities in Natural FMCG Category.
  • Source sustainable raw materials and techniques to enhance product value.
  • Ensure product quality and compliance standards are met.

Order & Vendor Management

  • Track orders from sampling to final shipment, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Negotiate with vendors for cost efficiency and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor production schedules and resolve issues related to delays or quality.
  • Manage replenishment and execution of running orders.

Qualifications

  • Over 2 years of cross-border e-commerce product sourcing experience,with familiarity with Indian market policies such as FSSAI, Ayush & Cosmetic License
  • Successful track record of creating best-sellers in Indian Ecommerce
  • Familiarity with Amazon & Flipkart e-commerce platform algorithms (e.g., the weight of Flipkart's F-Assured label).
