Role Overview

As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting statutory compliance processes including GST filings and bank reconciliations. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Excel and accounting software
  • Prepare and file monthly GST returns
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain documentation for audits and internal review

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Experience with AP, AR, and Bank Reconciliation
  • Working knowledge of GST and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (Zoho preferred)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Post Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in an accounts role

CTC:
₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA, based on experience
