Python Django - Full Stack Developer

We are on the lookout for an energetic Full Stack Developer proficient in Python Django to join the core team at ThinkAlternate Technologies.

Required Technical & Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python Django.
  • Proficiency in Django Stack is essential.
  • Strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Experience in for front-end development is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
  • Experience in RESTful and GraphQl frameworks.
  • Efficient in writing unit test scripts for higher code coverage.
  • Formal academic education is not mandatory; however, a solid technical background is required.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust backend architecture for software applications using Python, Django frameworks.
  • Create visually appealing user interfaces utilizing front-end frameworks, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. Independently develop scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in system design and implementation discussions.
  • Construct efficient RESTful API structures and document them effectively.
  • Manage deployment processes on AWS and other cloud platforms.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and willingly adopt them into projects.
  • Effectively communicate with the team and clients clearly and professionally.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior and associate developers.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications on the front and back end.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Lead and participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
