Role & responsibilities

  • Data Engineering & Analytics: Strong background in building scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms.
  • Databricks (AWS preferred): Mandatory hands-on expertise in Databricks, including cluster management, notebooks, job orchestration, and optimization.
  • AWS Cloud Services: Proficiency in AWS ecosystem (S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, IAM, CloudWatch).
  • Programming: Expertise in PySpark and Python for ETL, transformations, and analytics.
  • GenAI & LLMs: Experience with Large Language Models (LLM), fine-tuning, and enterprise integration.
  • CI/CD & DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with Git-based workflows, deployment pipelines, and automation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 812 years of IT experience with a strong focus on Data Engineering & Cloud Analytics.
  • Minimum 45 years of hands-on Databricks experience (preferably on AWS).
  • Strong expertise in PySpark, Python, SQL, and AWS Data Services.
  • Experience in LLM fine-tuning, GenAI automation, and enterprise integration.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, deliver projects, and engage stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
