Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Lucknow. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about the institution, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also involves assisting with admissions processes, conducting follow-ups, and resolving concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming tone. The candidate will collaborate with the team to contribute towards building positive relationships with clients and parents.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing time effectively
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM software
- Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to maintain professionalism in interactions
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is preferred
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required
