Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team at MayilVeera. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models. Fresh graduates with good knowledge in AI and passion for real-world applications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions, including NLP-based chatbots.
  • Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models using real-world datasets.
  • Implement and optimize models for intent classification, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and text generation.
  • Work with NLP tools and libraries to build conversational interfaces.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless AI experiences.
  • Integrate AI solutions with backend systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve models based on performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI research and machine learning.

Required Skills & QualificationsArtificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

  • Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience in model training, validation, tuning, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost.
  • Ability to work with large datasets for model experimentation.

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

  • Experience with intent recognition, entity extraction, semantic search, and language modeling.
  • Proficiency with libraries such as SpaCy, NLTK, HuggingFace Transformers, Rasa NLU.
  • Knowledge of integrating or fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.).
