Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cardiac Anaesthetist located in Chennai. The Cardiac Anaesthetist will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing cardiac surgery, managing anesthesia during critical care, and monitoring patient recovery. Daily tasks include preparing patients for surgery, assessing their medical history, and ensuring patient safety throughout the surgical process. The role requires close collaboration with cardiac surgeons and other medical professionals to deliver optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Anesthesiology and General Anesthesia skills
• Experience in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
• Proficiency in Surgery, particularly in cardiac procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) and relevant specialization in Anesthesiology
• Board certification in Anesthesiology
• Experience in cardiac anesthesia is a plus
• Or two years experience in a cardiac unit also acceptable
