  • Supervise all interior finishing and fit-out works on site (e.g., partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, furniture installation).
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Review and interpret project drawings and technical documents.
  • Manage site labor, allocate tasks, and oversee performance.
  • Track project progress and provide daily/weekly site updates to management.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain inventory of materials and ensure timely availability on-site.
  • Ensure clean, organized, and hazard-free work environments.
  • Conduct site inspections and assist in snagging and handover processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
