JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Technical Lead Software Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, passionate about building robust, scalable, and secure software systems. You'll lead the design, development, and deployment of our platform, working with a modern, full-stack technology stack. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.

● Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable microservices using GoLang.

● Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React or

● Manage and optimize data storage solutions with InfluxDB for time-series data and MongoDB for document-based data.

● Integrate and manage an AI layer incorporating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Anomaly Detection Models.

● Implement and support IoT protocols such as Modbus TCP/RTU and MQTT, along with standard REST APIs.

● Oversee system deployment and operations on India-based cloud platforms (e.g., GCP Mumbai), ensuring high availability and reliability

. ● Enforce robust security protocols, including TLS 1.2 encryption, role-based access control, and detailed audit logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or senior-level role.

● Backend: Proven expertise in GoLang and a strong understanding of microservices architecture.

● Frontend: Hands-on experience with either React or

● Databases: Experience with both InfluxDB and MongoDB.

● Protocols: In-depth knowledge of Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT, and REST APIs.

● Cloud: Experience with cloud hosting platforms, preferably GCP.

● Security: Strong understanding of TLS encryption and security best practices.

● Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and growing engineering talent.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with LLMs and machine learning model integration.

● Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
