Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DTP Operator, based in Agra. The DTP Operator will be responsible for creating and formatting document layouts, handling typesetting and graphic design for textbooks, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Responsibilities also include proofreading, formatting corrections, and collaborating with the content development and editing teams to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop
  • Strong skills in typing, formatting, and typesetting
  • Attention to detail and expertise in reviewing and proofreading content for accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with content developers, editors, and printers
  • Understanding of printing processes and design layout principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of academic publishing or book production is a plus
