Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of data architecture and data modeling solutions for airport operations, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements and translate them into effective database designs and data management strategies.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Azure ,SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the development of data standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Oversee the integration of new data management technologies and software engineering tools into existing airport systems.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and optimizations of the data architecture to support evolving business needs.
  • Define and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in data management and architecture and make recommendations for their application in the airport industry.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Master's degree in data science, Computer Engineering, or relevant discipline preferred.
  • 15-20 years of experience in data architecture and management
  • Demonstrated experience in airport or aviation industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading data architecture projects and teams
