Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for employee support.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Understanding of end-to-end HR service delivery models.
- Support HR operations projects
Good to have skills :
- HR operations or benefits administration
- Aware of compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave management, and wellness initiatives.
- Handle employee queries related to benefits, policy interpretation, and eligibility.
- Maintain employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy
