Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Manage end-to-end vendor empanelment and onboarding processes, including staffing and non-staffing vendors.
  • Ensure all vendor agreements and documentation are up-to-date and in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Managing the contingent workforce and resource management functions.
  • Accountable and responsible for the fulfilment of all staffing positions across regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Oversee contractual staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless experience for both staff and business units.
  • Enhance relationships with the leadership team, service line heads, and project teams; act as an interface for staffing and forecasting; ensure accurate forecasting; and maintain balance of demand and supply of contractors.
  • Coordinate and monitor staff payroll processing, purchase orders (POs), and invoicing.
  • Ensure alignment with policies and timelines for staff payments and vendor billing.
  • Manage mandatory training programs for contractual staff, ensuring 100% compliance.
  • Track training completions and address gaps through necessary interventions.
  • Maintain compliance for contractual staff and vendors.
  • Manage BGV (Background Verification) and NDA processes for new hires, ensuring accurate and timely checks.
  • Provide inputs for audits and ensure 100% compliance
  • Prepare and present MIS reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
  • Support monthly provisions related to vendor payments

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 10 months

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
