Assisting RMs to maintain and further develop business relationships with existing clients to increase the Bank's profit via supporting credit and banking transactions.
Handle day to day transactions and coordinating with various stakeholders to get the transaction processed.
Perform e-KYCs including customer updates like signatory changes, address changes etc.
Help increase penetration in existing customers by identifying business opportunities by interacting with customers.
Safekeeping of customer documents and following relevant custody procedures.
Reviewing existing processes and suggesting improvements.
Introducing new suggestions/initiatives to gain overall efficiency.
Additional items related to the above designated by Department Head from time to time.
