Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable web applications, developing REST APIs, and delivering high-quality front-end and back-end solutions.

Experience working on Loyalty Platforms or in the Oil & Gas domain will be a significant advantage.

This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade digital solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to innovative product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant web applications using ReactJS (frontend) and (backend).
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to build responsive, high-quality user interfaces.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure application quality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Contribute to product architecture and deployment strategy.
  • Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver incremental features.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-9 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Redux, and
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in performance optimization and application security best practices.

Good to Have

  • Experience in Oil & Gas industry products or Loyalty platform development
  • Java development experience
  • Exposure to Azure Cloud services and cloud-native development.
  • Experience with SAP product suite integrations.
  • Knowledge of Automation Testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium).
  • Familiarity with API gateways (e.g., Apigee, Kong).
