Key Responsibilities

Corporate Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and manage long-term partnerships with MNCs, startups, and industry bodies.
  • Form and lead the HSB Business Advisory Council to foster corporate collaboration and insight.
  • Act as the main liaison between HSB and corporate partners, ensuring effective two-way communication.
  • Regularly engage with industry experts to align curriculum and offerings with market demands.

Student Placement Support

  • Lead end-to-end placement activities—career fairs, campus recruitment, employer sessions, and more.
  • Partner with faculty and career services to provide resume, interview, and career prep support.
  • Guide students on job market trends, job search strategies, and professional development.

Internship Program Oversight

  • Identify and secure internship opportunities across specializations.
  • Support students through application, interview, and onboarding processes.
  • Track internship progress and gather feedback to enhance student-employer experience.

Alumni Engagement

  • Build strong alumni relations to leverage industry insights and mentorship opportunities.
  • Host alumni-led events, networking forums, and career panels to enrich student exposure.

Market Research & Industry Trends

  • Stay abreast of industry hiring trends, emerging skills, and evolving job roles.
  • Recommend updates to training and academic modules based on research findings.

Administrative Excellence

  • Maintain a secure, up-to-date database of recruiters, placements, and alumni using CRM tools.
  • Organize appointments, track event calendars, and compile placement reports and presentations.

Team Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with faculty, student services, and operations to achieve strategic goals.
