Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with a passion for interior designing and modular furniture. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, and able to guide customers through premium furniture selections and custom-made interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product selection.
  • Understand customer requirements for interior design, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture.
  • Present design options, materials, catalogues, and finishes clearly.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and customization possibilities.
  • Create quotations, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Coordinate with design teams, production teams, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain showroom display standards and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 - 4 years in sales (preferably furniture, modular, interiors, decor, real estate, or luxury retail).
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Basic understanding of interior layouts, materials, finishes, and design concepts (preferred).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Customer-centric attitude with professional presentation.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
