Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Technician where the role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using specialized tools and equipment to fabricate and install hydraulic hoses, ensuring all repairs meet high-quality standards. This position may involve both shop work and on-site field service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and Assemble: Cut, crimp, and assemble new hydraulic hoses and fittings to exact specifications.
  • Install and Test: Install fabricated hoses on machinery and perform pressure tests to ensure proper function and leak-free operation.
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Identify the cause of hydraulic hose failures and determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of hoses, fittings, and related components.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide professional, timely service.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures as per company policies.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete work orders, service reports, and other necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Technical or vocational training in hydraulics is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a hydraulic hose technician or in a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and principles.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as crimpers, cutters, and measuring devices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Requirements:

· 3-5 Years' experience in hoses & oilfield supplies.

· Strong understanding of industrial products and their applications.

· Fluent in communicative languages.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
