Waiter for Showroom

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menu, provide detailed information when asked, and upsell food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Ensure tables are set, clean, and organized at all times.
• Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Process bills and collect payments (cash/card/UPI).
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Support other restaurant operations when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
