LILO (LIVELOCAL E-COMM PRIVATE LIMITED) is a fast-growing e-commerce platform that connects customers with trusted local stores and service providers. We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who can drive customer engagement and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to promote products, services, and offers.
• Engage customers effectively, explain benefits clearly, and convert leads into sales.
• Send bulk promotional and follow-up messages to customers through the system.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with regular communication.
• Handle inbound and outbound queries with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and performance benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, leads, and conversions in the system.

Requirements

• Proficiency in customer communication (verbal & written).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, messaging platforms).
• Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
