About The Role
Gramener – A Straive Company is seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our full-time team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will design visually engaging and user-friendly solutions for business dashboards and custom data visualizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design, expertise in creating seamless experiences across desktop and mobile platforms, and proficiency in Figma.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with data consultants, developers, and stakeholders to translate project requirements into effective design solutions.
• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes for dashboards, data visualizations, and information design projects.
• Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences while meeting project specifications.
• Apply design principles, best practices, and industry standards to ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility.
• Implement responsive design techniques to optimize experiences across multiple devices and screen resolutions.
• Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, user research, and testing insights.
• Partner with developers by providing design assets, walkthroughs, and guidance to ensure accurate implementation.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovative design solutions.

What You'll Need

• 4–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing strong design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam (design and prototyping).
• Strong understanding of design systems and reusable components.
• Experience with responsive design for web and mobile platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Design, Visual Communication Design, Human-Centered Design (HCD), Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
