Job Description:Job Title: Sales Manager – MEP- Mumbai

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Devise effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand the market for MEP projects. This includes identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also nurturing new client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our MEP services to prospective clients.

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring favourable outcomes for both parties while maximizing profitability for the company.

  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.Key Skills:Key Skills:

Target Industry: Consumer Durable

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in MEP or related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, CCTV, FAPA, UPS, firefighting) Technical certifications or licenses are advantageous.

Experience: 8+ years

Job Location: Kurla, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days (2 Saturday off/ Comp off- Optional)

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Any graduation

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Relocation candidates: Open

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month
