We are seeking a
Product Manager
who will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and launching products that align with our strategic goals. You'll be responsible for understanding market trends, gathering customer insights, and translating them into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

Visionary Leadership

  • Define and articulate a compelling product vision aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation in the airline & travel technology domain.

Agile Product Development

  • Lead agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and drive collaboration across engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and adaptability to market or customer shifts.

Strategy & Roadmap

  • Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to define target customer segments.
  • Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on value and impact.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate product vision, updates, and performance metrics to leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and make data-backed improvements.
  • Translate insights into strategies that drive growth and customer success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience
    as a Product Owner/Manager, preferably in Airline & Travel technology.
  • Proven success in launching and managing products end-to-end.
  • Strong expertise in agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving ability.
  • Passion for building impactful and innovative products.
