Designation : Design Quality Executive.

Responsible for reviewing all 3D dockets & Final quotations. Zero deviation in drawings from standards and to be done as per site & client requirements. To be part of the Design team responsible for design quality & excellence. 

Must have skill :

Worked as Design associate or Design Quality Executive for Residential Interior Design projects. Well versed with Modular furniture construction, MEP & Civil technical 2ds.

Experience :

3+ years 

Job Description :

  1. The candidate should coordinate with Designer & DA to cross verify the 3d docket(render, 2d drawings & BOQ). All 2d drawings to be cross verified with the 3d renders approved by the client.Final BOQ to be cross verified with the final 2d drawings.

  2. Ensuring all product codes and offerings are as per Nobroker standards. All material specifications are as per Nobroker offerings.

  3. Ensuring all the Designs are as per the site measurements taken by the measurement team. All designs are validated to the existing or proposed MEP layout.

  4. Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions and foresee execution risks. Accuracy & attention to interior detailing is a must.Strong Design sensibility & technical ability to analyze the Design and highlight the technical misses and BOQ misses.

  5. Maintaining Design Quality Tracker sheet with Error dashboard & complete project wise Design Quality log. Providing error reports within the provided SLA.

  6. Expected to complete 3 DQC per day (average ticket size - 5L-8L).

  7. Proficiency in AutoCAD & Google Sketchup is mandatory. Good communication skills, high learning aptitude and high level of ownership expected.

  8. Diploma/Degree/B. Tech in Civil engineering / Architecture/ Interior Design.
