About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and dynamic male candidate to be the face of Tractor Junction for our digital shows and video content. If you have a passion for anchoring, content creation, and engaging with audiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the face of Tractor Junction in digital shows, live sessions, and video content.
• Confidently host interviews, panel discussions, and special episodes related to tractors, farming, and rural innovations.
• Curate fresh, engaging, and audience-friendly content for digital platforms.
• Create scripts, storylines, and innovative ideas for shows and reels.
• Handle social media platforms creatively—Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive audience engagement and increase reach.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and video content.
• Build a strong digital presence by interacting with followers and responding to queries/comments.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident on-camera presence with a lively and engaging personality.
• Creative mindset with the ability to curate trending, relatable content.
• Social media savvy—comfortable with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Videos.
• Good command of Hindi & English (any regional language will be a plus).
• Strong research and scripting abilities.
