Position Overview
The Centre Manager cum Counselor will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning, handling admissions, counseling parents and students, and driving growth through effective team leadership and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Centre Operations & Administration
Oversee the overall functioning of the branch, ensuring operational efficiency and discipline.
Coordinate with faculty, academic coordinators, and support staff for seamless execution of classes and schedules.
Maintain centre infrastructure, cleanliness, and academic environment conducive to learning.
- Student & Parent Counseling
Counsel students and parents about various courses (JEE, NEET, CET, NDA, Foundation 8–10).
Guide students in choosing the right academic path based on their interests, aptitude, and goals.
Handle inquiries, convert walk-ins into admissions, and maintain high admission conversion ratios.
- Sales & Admission Growth
Plan and execute strategies to achieve centre admission targets.
Conduct school visits, seminars, and counseling drives for lead generation.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.
- Academic Coordination
Ensure classes are conducted as per schedule and academic quality is maintained.
Monitor student performance and coordinate with faculty for student progress reviews.
Plan academic events, mock tests, parent meetings, and motivational sessions.
- Team Management & Leadership
Supervise front office, tele-calling, and academic support staff.
Foster a motivating, disciplined, and result-driven work culture.
Ensure timely communication with Head Office for reports and updates.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the education/counseling/centre management domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales orientation with a customer-first mindset.
Leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
