Role : Full-Stack Software Engineer

About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience building, scaling, and maintaining modern, production-grade software products. This role requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, ideally with hands-on exposure to cutting-edge frameworks, cloud platforms, and emerging AI capabilities. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to build user-centric features, drive architectural decisions, and contribute to the long-term technical roadmap. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across the full technology stack (front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases).
• Build secure, scalable, resilient applications capable of supporting high usage and rapid growth.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best engineering practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term platform evolution.
• Integrate AI-powered features (e.g., LLM-based enhancements, intelligent automation, recommendation systems) where applicable.
• Mentor junior engineers and help shape engineering standards and development processes.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for maximum performance.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement in architecture, workflow, and tooling.

Required Qualifications
Full-Stack Product Development :

• Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, ).
• Experience building APIs using , Python, Go, Java, or similar server-side technologies.
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Proven ability to build production-grade systems end-to-end.
• AI Exposure (Preferred but Not Mandatory) At least some hands-on exposure or strong interest in AI-driven product development.
• Experience using or integrating LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, ML APIs, or AI-based features is a significant advantage.
• A curiosity to explore how AI can enhance user experience and product capabilities.
• Career Progression & Stability Demonstrated career growth with increasing ownership or technical responsibilities over time.
• A track record of stability, with meaningful tenure at prior organizations (not frequent short stints). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Strong Product Company Background Experience working at product-based companies, ideally where you contributed to building : Scalable consumer-facing applications
• Enterprise-grade platforms Secure and reliable services used in production
• Experience in agile product development environments where engineering teams work closely with product/design.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of microservices architecture. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with system design and scalable software architectures.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and end-user empathy.
• Familiarity with modern testing frameworks (unit, integration, and E2E).
