We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to contribute to the development of children in our Preschool. The teacher will manage in planning and implementing age appropriate activities to ensure the children's educational and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Delivering lesson plans and activities based on the curriculum.
  • Supervise and engage with children during classroom activities, playtime and lunch breaks.
  • Observe and record children's progress and behavior, reporting any concerns to the immediate senior.
  • Support children's learning and development through creative play, storytelling and hands-on activities.
  • Foster a nurturing and positive environment where children feel safe and confident to explore.
  • Assist in preparing learning materials and setting up the classroom environment.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding the child progress.
  • Participate in Team meetings and staff training sessions.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being if children at all times.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, education or a related field (or equivalent)
  • Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in a pre-primary school setting.
  • Understanding of early childhood education principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Patience, enthusiasm and a love for working with young children.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹11,000.00 per month
