Adobe's Genuine engineering team is seeking a skilled Development Engineer proficient in both front-end and back-end development to improve a range of services.

Our team is responsible for developing solutions to combat piracy of Adobe applications and services and detecting fraud activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in protecting our company's assets and ensuring the integrity of our products and services.

We are seeking a very hardworking Developer with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Spring Framework, a deep knowledge of different AWS services, showcase outstanding data analysis abilities, and familiarity with Apache Cassandra and Apache Spark. Proficiency in AWS solutions including Kinesis Firehose, Athena, ElastiCache, and Apache Airflow is strongly encouraged. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications across the full stack.

What you'll do:

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Java Spring Boot. Design and implement server-side logic, including APIs and web services.

Employ a range of AWS offerings like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Kinesis Firehose, Athena, and ElastiCache for application deployment and management.

Work experience on Graph Database, graph data science will be added advantage.

Implement data storage solutions using Apache Cassandra or MongoDB and ensure data security and integrity.

Utilize Apache Spark for large-scale data processing and analytics tasks.

Implement workflows and data pipelines using Apache Airflow for scheduling and orchestration.

Perform data analysis tasks to extract insights and optimize application performance. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve technical issues.

What you need to succeed:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

Proficiency in Java programming language and Spring Boot framework. Thorough familiarity with diverse AWS services and practical know-how in deploying applications on AWS, encompassing Kinesis Firehose, Athena, ElastiCache, and additional options. Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Apache Cassandra). Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark. Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus. AWS certification(s) would be advantageous.
