Job Description
•Ensure compliance with PDO framework and resolve inter-departmental process conflicts
•Lead resource planning, workload analysis, and project allocation across the team
•Monitor cross-functional KPIs and SLAs; escalate issues as per defined protocols
•Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain for planning and expediting
•Support project close-out, commissioning, and lessons learned implementation
•Drive orderbook planning and forecasting in coordination with Sales, Finance, and D&A
•Champion process standardization, ERP (SAP) utilization, and continuous improvement
•Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve planning bottlenecks and supply-demand gaps
•Track and report PDO performance metrics and support strategic project reviews
Key Accountabilities
•Onboarding & Development: Ensure smooth onboarding of new PDO personnel and coordinate training programs aligned with identified development needs.
•Performance Management: Conduct annual appraisals, set performance goals, and implement engagement and development plans.
•Strategic Leadership: Drive the evolution of project controls, reporting frameworks, and governance processes across the PDO.
•Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare monthly activity reports, contribute to annual budget planning, and manage team expenses within approved limits.
•Promote a culture of safety, ensure adherence to EHS standards and training requirements.
Diploma or BE With 15 to 20 Years' experience.
Relevant experience in project documentation, order execution, supply chain or similar roles.
Experience in manufacturing, customer service or quality department with vendor documents/inspections is an advantage
Good with MS Office especially MS Excel
- PDO WSS resource planning and workload management effectiveness
- SAP orderbook fulfilment, forecast accuracy
- Cross-functional SLA/KPI adherence and variance reporting accuracy
- PDO process improvement outcomes
- Team development, training completion rates
- Incident management efficiency
