Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to manage client inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and client queries.
  • Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
  • Share project details and schedule site visits.
  • Maintain CRM records and client databases.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for closures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong client handling and follow-up abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate preferred.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
