Job Title: Intern Design & Content

Job Location: Cybercity, Magarpatta, Pune (On-site, No Work from Home)

Duration: 6 months

Qualification: Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Media, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: Basic experience with Canva and video editing; prior content creation work or portfolio preferred.

Reporting To: Manager Digital Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic intern to support our digital marketing team. If you're skilled in Canva, enjoy designing engaging visual content, and have a basic knack for video editing, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design flyers, social media creatives, infographics, and presentations using Canva
  • Edit videos for digital campaigns (Reels, Stories, Ads, etc.)
  • Assist in creating visual content for website, emailers, and other marketing channels
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align designs with ongoing campaigns
  • Brainstorm and pitch content ideas to enhance brand communication

Key Skills & Other Traits:

  • Proficiency in Canva (mandatory)
  • Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop tools like InShot, CapCut, VN, Filmora, etc.)
  • Creative eye for design, layout, and colour
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • A portfolio or samples of previous design work (preferred)

Compensation Range:

  • INR 10,000 -15,000 per month
  • Real-world experience in branding, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Mentorship and learning from a skilled marketing team
  • An opportunity to build a strong portfolio
