  • Role & responsibilities
  • Assist the product management team in defining product requirements, documenting user stories, and preparing acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback to support product decisions.
  • Work with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution of product features.
  • Track product performance using analytics and prepare reports to measure success of releases.
  • Support in maintaining the product backlog and roadmap.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions.
  • Assist in creating documentation for product workflows, user guides, and training materials.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 02 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of product management concepts, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Google Workspace, Jira, or similar project management tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Passion for technology, recruitment platforms, and building impactful products.
