Navtech is looking for a Business Development Associate to drive sales and business development efforts for our business solutions in the India region. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, coupled with sales acumen, to understand customer requirements, demonstrate lucrative solutions, and close deals.

Working as a BDA at Navtech, you will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects and customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, quotes, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, implementation, and support) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new ERP technologies to position solutions effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, IT heads, and C-level executives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Who Are We Looking For Exactly?

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or business development roles.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business value.
  • Experience selling ERP/related solutions in manufacturing, retail, finance, or logistics sectors.
  • Previous experience in handling mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Indian business practices, taxation, and compliance is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related degrees and throughout education in English medium.
