Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Drone Data Processing Specialist. Responsibilities include processing and analyzing drone-captured data to generate digital elevation and terrain models, classifying point cloud datasets, and preparing geospatial reports. The role also involves database management, ensuring accuracy in deliverables, and collaboration with internal teams to align outputs with client requirements. Additionally, the specialist will communicate findings to clients and offer insights for actionable use.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Processing and Databases to handle large geospatial datasets with accuracy
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Good Communication and Customer Service skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies relevant to drone data processing
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geospatial Science, Engineering, Surveying, or a related field
  • Experience with LiDAR data processing and knowledge of GIS software is a plus
