We are seeking a great communicator with excellentinterpersonal skills for the role of STEM trainer. The STEM trainer will beresponsible for developing learning activities and hands -on material, tendingto individual student needs, and communicating regularly with parents andhigher authorities.Toensure success as a STEM trainer, candidates should have a strong quantitativebackground, demonstrate empathy, and have good written and verbal communicationskills. Ultimately, a top -notch STEM trainer will have an excellent classroom management abilities and engage students with the subject matter.·       Job Responsibilities: -       Eagerto learn. -       Planningand Delivering STEM & ROBOTICS curriculum at schools. -       Adoptinga data -driven attitude towards measuring learner progress. -       Attendingto individual student needs and provide additional learning support when needed. -       Demonstratingvarious STEM products at schools and creating awareness of STEM within thestudents of different backgrounds and cultures. -       Communicatingregularly with parents and authorities and other stakeholders when needed. -       Monitoringstudent growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement. -       Usinglearner data to constantly refine the existing curriculum. -       Assessingvarious stakeholders feedback and developing an action plan to improviseimplementation process, Passionate about teaching and educating students andteachers, must have patience and the right attitude in dealing with studentsand aspirants. Job Requirements: -       A graduate degree (any)with science as a subject till 12th or Diploma in Engineering with a goodunderstanding of IT technology and terminology. -       Aminimum 0 -3 years' experience in educational technology/Publishing/ Academic Industry. strong connection in schools would be givenadditional preference.  -       Young, dynamic in agegroup years. -       Hands on in MS officesuite. -       Ability to work in teams. -       Fresherscan apply with a relevant degree and have a passion to learn. -       Empathyand great interpersonal skills. -       Excellentwritten and verbal communication.
