About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and social media-savvy Video Editor & Videographer who can bring stories to life through engaging visuals. You'll be responsible for shooting (for few), editing, and producing high-quality video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

You'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop fresh ideas, craft impactful narratives, and ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Shoot:

  • Plan and execute shoots for campaigns, social media videos like reels/stories, BTS, and interviews.
  • Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and sound for shoots.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to visualize scripts and storyboards.

Editing & Post-Production:

  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for different social platforms.
  • Add motion graphics, text animations, sound design, and color grading to elevate content quality.
  • Optimize videos for multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) and platform requirements.
  • Maintain brand tone and storytelling style across all content.

Creative Ideation & Strategy:

  • Suggest creative video ideas and trends to align with marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, transitions, and content formats.
  • Manage video content library and ensure organized project files.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing and videography (preferably for social media).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (or equivalent software).
  • Strong sense of storytelling, music rhythm, and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to shoot with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, or mobile rigs.
  • Basic understanding of color correction, grading, and sound mixing.
  • Creativity, discipline, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Need to have his own system and camera.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Reels, Shorts, and trending social content formats.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D animation is a plus.
  • Experience in the real estate, f&b, or hospitality industry (optional).
