Description :

- If you understand the Ops side deeply and enjoy working across WordPress, Frappe, and SaaS platforms, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage hosting & DevOps for WordPress, Frappe, and applications.

- Build and maintain autoscaling, high-availability Kubernetes clusters for production workloads.

- Automate repetitive tasks to improve accuracy, efficiency, and developer happiness.

- Debug and optimize performance issues in large-scale production setups.

- Extend and maintain our open-source projects like EasyEngine (WordPress) and Frappe Manager.

Must Haves :

- Strong Linux systems experience (preferably Ubuntu/Debian) and CLI proficiency.

- Hands-on with Docker and containerization.

- Deep understanding of security and scalability in web application context

- Automation skills with Ansible or equivalent.

- Networking and server hardening (iptables, firewalls, TLS, etc.)

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.

- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Monit).

- Good grasp of programming languages such as Python, PHP.
