Role Overview

We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Designer
with 5–6 years of professional experience to join our dynamic Corporate Communications team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual content that strengthens IPE Global's brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design creative assets for print, digital, and social media platforms, including reports, infographics, brochures, presentations, campaigns, and event collaterals.
  • Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all communication materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the communication, content, and program teams to translate project requirements into impactful visual solutions.
  • Work on both static and dynamic design formats, including social media creatives, GIFs, short video edits, and motion graphics (added advantage).
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation and freshness to designs.
  • Coordinate with vendors/agencies for printing and production requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of relevant professional experience
    in graphic design, preferably in the development, consulting, or corporate sector.
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    – mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of other design and multimedia tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, Canva, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, layout, typography, and brand communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to deliver within tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
