Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing technology team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth.

Innovation and Research:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and evaluating new technologies that align with business goals.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the successful delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Technology Operations:

  • Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of technology systems.
  • Implement best practices for technology governance, risk management, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 20+ years of proven experience in a technology leadership role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead diverse teams.
