Job Title: CRM Data Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering meaningful data insights to support CRM strategies and decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing CRM data, identifying performance trends, and providing actionable recommendations to improve customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large and complex CRM datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reports to support CRM campaigns and overall customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate key CRM metrics such as engagement, retention, churn, and campaign performance.
  • Identify the root causes of performance fluctuations and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and data teams to enhance campaign targeting and customer segmentation.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all CRM systems.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in CRM data analysis or a similar analytical role.
  • Proven experience in handling large datasets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of CRM performance metrics and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MessageGears, or similar).
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle analytics, and marketing automation metrics.
  • Experience in developing predictive models or churn analysis frameworks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
