Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. This role requires expertise in , , , and MongoDB, along with experience in cloud deployment, API design, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and dynamic web applications using , HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using and
  • Build, optimize, and secure RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end, back end, and third-party services.

• Manage MySQL and MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.

• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS (EC2, S3) and other cloud platforms.

• Implement Docker and NGINX for containerization, deployment, and load balancing.

• Collaborate with designers, QA, and R&D teams to deliver high-quality products.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve both front-end and back-end issues.

• Ensure application security using OAuth and JWT for authentication and authorization.

• Optimize performance and scalability across the full technology stack.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), , , , and MongoDB.

• Experience with MySQL database design and integration.

• Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3), Docker, and NGINX.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and API testing tools (Postman).

• Strong understanding of REST API design, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.

• Experience in implementing security protocols using OAuth and JWT.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to blockchain and AI-driven application development.

• Knowledge of internals (Libuv, V8 engine, event loop).

• Familiarity with Redux or Context API for state management.

• Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite).

• Performance optimization and scaling of full-stack applications.
