Reporting to the VP COG ECM enterprise Forms Portfolio Delivery Manager, this role will be responsible for managing and supporting Implementation of a new Document solution for identified applications with the CCM landscape, in APAC. 

OpenText xPression and Duckcreek has been the corporate document generation tool of choice within Chubb. But xPression going end of life and be unsupported from 2025. A new Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform – Quadient Inspire - has been selected to replace xPression by a global working group and implementation of this new tool (including migration of existing forms/templates from xPression where applicable). Apart from migrating from xPression, there are multiple existing applications to be replaced with Quadient Inspire 

The role is based in Hyderabad/India with some travel to other Chubb offices. Although there are no direct line management responsibilities within this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for task management of Business Analysts and an Onshore/Offshore development team.  The role will require the ability to manage multiple project/enhancement streams with a variety of levels of technical/functional scope and across a number of different technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources (databases, flat files, CSVs, XMLs, Excels) into target systems
• Develop solutions to integrate data across systems, technologies with consistency and accuracy
• Implement data validation, quality checks, troubleshoot and resolve data related issues, build data intelligence code and able to develop validations and transformations as per business and technical requirements 
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing 
• Deploy ETL solutions into various environments like SIT/UAT/Pre-prod and production environments by following organization's deployment procedures
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including ETL design specifications, data flow diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with System Analysts, Business Analysts, Data Architects, cross-functional teams (DBA, developers) and business users
• Write DB queries, stored procedures, functions, views, cursors as needed for project requirements
• Develop Unix/Linux shell (or python) scripts as required for project implementations
• Prepare jobs scheduling to trigger workflows as per project need, and able to troubleshoot problems with jobs and scheduling
• Implement integration with Cloud technologies, databases, SFTP, Web services, APIs, Identity Management Systems, Active Directory and so on

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter components (Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Repository Manager)
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting and scheduling tools (e.g., IBM ROBOT Scheduler, Autosys)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., IBM DB2, MS SQL Server) and proficiency in SQL
• Strong experience in transformations – XML, CSV, JAVA, HTTP, SQL, Source Qualifier, Expression, Router, Joiner, Lookup, Aggregator, sorter, Union, Rank, Normalizer, XML Source/Target, Stored Procedure, Data Masking
• Knowledge of cloud-based data integration tools, IICS, Azure integration is plus

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience: 

• 10+ years hands on experience with Informatica PowerCenter in designing and developing ETL workflows
• Experience in organization standards, participation full project development life cycle right from development to implementation and support, change management process, warranty support procedures (incidents/problems/changes)
• Working experience in Agile environment and Scrum framework process (ceremonies, daily standups, agility, responsibilities and accountability)
• Experience in use of source code management (Git, GitHub), DevOps, CICD
• Experience in use of JIRA for requirements, development, daily updates, deployments and communication with project stakeholders.
