Role & responsibilities

Complete and maintain provider credentialing applications

  • Manage CAQH profiles, NPPES updates, and PECOS enrollments
  • Track payor responses and follow up on pending applications
  • Communicate with U.S. clients and insurance networks professionally
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

Preferred candidate profile

1 to 3 years of experience in U.S. healthcare credentialing or RCM

  • Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, Medicare/Medicaid
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (U.S. hours)
  • Attention to detail and process consistency
