Job Description

As a Security Officer - Armed Dispatch Driving Role in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related activities at the location, including receiving and dispatching information to security personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of incidents, calls, and security-related activities for the site.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by communicating site-specific policies and procedures.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
• Support Allied Universal personnel by dispatching resources and providing information during routine and emergency situations.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or potential threats.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via radio, telephone, and written reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
