Site Supervisor - Construction (Civil and Interior)

Location: Thamarassery, Calicut (Project in Bangalore)

Experience: 3-4+ years

Description: Join our team as a Site Supervisor for an immediate opportunity at our construction project in Bangalore. Accommodation will be provided. We seek individuals who can start immediately.

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction supervision preferred.
  • Ability to manage teams and ensure project timelines.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
  • Minimum 3-4+ years of relevant site experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
  • Willingness to work at site locations as per project needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree,Diploma,Or ITI in Civil Engineering qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Thamarassery, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • 2 Wheeler Licence (Preferred)
