What will you drive?

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of channel partner products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing channel partners.
  • Identify dealer needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide dealers with comprehensive product/service information and guide their decision-making process.
  • Ensure dealer satisfaction and retention by facilitating transactions and cross-selling products.
  • Achieve retention and transaction targets.
  • Resolve complaints and issues pertaining to dealers efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct daily visits as per the scheduled beat, connecting dealers to the Cars24 platform.
  • Travel as required for customer and dealer meetings and inspections.
